I cannot say enough great things about MINT Dentistry | Highland Hotel. I primarily see Emily and Dr. Kheiri, and they are both incredibly kind, welcoming, efficient, and truly talented at what they do. They make every visit feel comfortable and stress-free, which says a lot when it comes to dental care. I’ve also interacted with other team members throughout the organization, and every single person meets the same high standard of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. You can tell this practice is intentional about the experience they provide from start to finish. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines skill, efficiency, and genuine care, this is absolutely the place to go.

We have always had a great experience!! Big shout out to Ms Lilo, so kind and compassionate, everyone is so sweet, we never wait long and it’s always so quick! I would recommend everyone switch here, the whole staff is professional and patient, the doctors are super cool and it’s always a time! My daughter is always excuses she has a dental appointment, that speaks volumes. WE LOVE IT HERE!!

I am currently pregnant, and I went to Mean Dentistry for a two-part deep cleaning. My first appointment went smoothly with a wonderful hygienist—no bleeding, no trauma, and minimal discomfort. However, the second appointment was performed by a different hygienist, and the experience was drastically different. I felt her pulling aggressively under my gums, I bled significantly, and I have now been in pain for four days in a row. This is simply not the “normal sensitivity” they tried to blame on my pregnancy. It is the direct result of inconsistent technique and poor clinical care. When I reported this, the Complaints Department called me just to tell me that, after “reviewing” my case, they would not issue a refund and that what I experienced was “completely normal because pregnant women

Dr. Kheiri and his team at the Mint at the Highland hotel have been wonderful. He did all my upper veneers and my bridge and lower implant crowns . They have looked terrific !!! Unfortunately I cracked the bridge pulling open a package with my front teeth !!! With the strength I exerted to open the package I’m surprised I didn’t do more damage. But Dr. Kheiri was able to get the bridge replaced in just about a week and now my smile looks great again !!! Thanks Dr Kheiri and Rachel for always making my smile look perfect !!!

I come to mint dentistry often. Seeing the same hygienist every time. Well today I came in ready for my cleaning when I was stopped in my tracks by the receptionist. She stated I didn’t confirm my appointment. I informed her that I did in fact confirm responding with 27 on the text. I was then told it was not in the system and that they had given my slot away. I booked that slot 6 months ago and confirmed with my hygienist because she was due for delivery around the time my original appointment should have been made. I was told I would have to sit and wait til all the appointments had been seen for me to be put back on the books. I waited around upset.
