Very unfortunate to have to leave a negative review for this quaint, unique family business; but sadly after multiple timely and costly errors/negligence that is the case. I had high regard and raved and recommended this pharmacy to many, while encouraging people to transfer here upon Rite Aid closure. Sadly they may not be able to handle it as there has been various large issues arise from small errors. Limited hours of operations further complicates and prolongs trying to remedy thier mishaps. Very disappointed. Seems they are like most other companies, so worried on making $ ,they cost the consumer $. My time and dime are down the tubes while they collect. I just recently started going to this location. The employees were very polite and professional. They notified me promptly when my prescription was ready and multiple times after that when I forgot, lol!

We've had great experience with their pill packs, which are extremely convenient for those who need help remembering which meds to take when. We've worked with Tiffany and she's always helpful and kind. Thank you Tiffany (and Minnichs!).Happy to support a local family business too.

Call 5 times, get 5 different answers, waste boatloads of time and money for both paitent and pharmacy. Calls are monitored and recorded thankfully, becuase it's truly mind boggling what they say. They are argumentive and give wildly inaccurate information when provided with clear accurate fact. 13 calls, 2 visits to the location and countless time wasted bc of thier clown show. Furthermore as a buiness owner I cannot understand how they choose to operate in such a way costing them labor/resources. Their computer systems are outdated and they cannot manage the influx of newly attained rite aid customers. I’ve been coming to this place for a long time and this is the worst experience I ever had. I tried to refill my medication with my new insurance with statement in hand stating that my new policy started, and to present it when I need it. They still claimed my insurance was inactive. No big, deal I call my insurance company and they say everything thing is fine and they don’t know what is going on. My insurance company reaches out to confirm and they add the new insurance. I call back to make sure my medication is getting fill, they were STILL TRYING to make it seem like I didn’t have insurance VERY RUDELY.
