I have been seeing Ashley at MN Integrative Health Studio since October 2024. She has truly changed my life, and I don’t say that lightly! I first started seeing Ashley to learn more about my hormones, hormonal acne, and cycle regulation. We focused on acupuncture, cupping, and herbs. My cycle was regulated within a few months. I keep going back twice a month for community acupuncture, cupping and/or the headache rescue treatment because the services are incredibly intentional, soothing, and keep my nervous system regulated. My favorite service lately is the “headache rescue” — it’s the best 40 minutes of my week!! Ashley, and the entire team at MN Integrative Health Studio, feel like a warm hug. S/o to Susan especially! I cannot recommend enough!!!

My one and only stop for holistic care, this place is hands down, the BEST! I truly believe there is something for everyone here, as Said and Larissa have brought in the most amazing staff of gifted healers, and offer a wide variety of services. Acupuncture and TCM from Said have been the most incredible treatments for any of my ailments, from injuries to mental health to hormone imbalance, I've always felt fully listened to and cared for in the best way. Tylyn is amazing! I did a 60 minute fire cupping/gua sha/lymphatic drainage massage along with a 30 minute facial gua sha and the whole experience was just wonderful! Tylyn did a great job explaining the process and what she was doing and was really just an overall pleasant person. The space was clean, quiet and a perfect setting for relaxation. I would definitely recommend this place for TCM services

I consider my visits with Said for Chinese Medicine Treatment to be a blessing in my life. They factor in to my healing journey to a great extent. Said provides for patients a rare blend of expertise and intuition. When one has his focused attention, the experience is remarkably healing. I can’t recommend him highly enough to share the gratitude I feel.

I came in to see Said today after recovering from the flu. My chest, neck, and shoulders were incredibly tight and full of knots from coughing all week. He really listened to what was going on and tailored the session to exactly what I needed. He incorporated cupping, guasha, and lymphatic massage. I could feel the difference right away. Said is always consistent and focuses on getting to the root of the issues. I finished with a 40 minute sauna, which was the perfect way to wrap up the session. It was exactly what I needed to finally feel like myself again.
