Minersville Pharmacy

I've been going here for quite awhile, I love the staff. I have never had any problems.

Most of the time the staff is very friendly but only five minutes ago I just had the most rude employee there on the phone. All I was asking is if they had received my prescription from my doctor/if it was filled yet. I always make an effort to be kind to everyone I talk to. She said "just because they sent the prescription doesn't mean we got it yet." Doesn't seem so bad in text but her tone was extremely rude, like how dare I call to check on something like that. She didn't let me talk and she then hung up. This is one of the first times I've experienced this here, but it was so bad I'm thinking about switching pharmacies. You should be allowed to call and check on the status of prescriptions without this kind of treatment.

These women can be super rude and unpleasant. I believe it depends on what medication you are on. And certainly don't call too early, there are no favors here and you will be reprimanded like a child and if you don't understand they get worse. People are judged by their medications and it is sad and super unprofessional. This place needs a re-staffing. Don't take your personal medications here. You are judged. Severely.

Pharmacist is very nice and helpful. Plus they deliver especially nice if you're an older person or disabled.

The ladies here go above and beyond to help you anyway they can. I would rather support a small locally owned pharmacy instead of the large retail pharmacy's.
