Mindy Lee, M.D. 李穎騫腸胃醫生

I went to see her for GI issues and underwent a breath test and CT scan. The breath test came back positive. We had talked about possible treatment plans including antibiotics. However, no prescription was ever sent to the pharmacy. After waiting and hearing nothing, I called the office only to find out she had gone on vacation and left no one covering her patients. Leaving patients without coverage while test results requiring treatment are pending is completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, negligent. Patients’ health should never be put on hold because a provider fails to arrange proper follow-up. I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking care here.

Dr. Mindy Lee was recommended to me, and I wish I could leave a positive review, but not only did Dr. Lee not follow up with me after getting requested tests done, the incompetence of either her or her office has left me dealing with insurance and Quest for nearly 6 months now (they've even gotten a creditor agency after me because of how incompetent and unresponsive Dr. Lee and her office have been). I have called her office countless times now and they're entirely useless - sometimes making the situation worse. Throughout all of this, I haven't even gotten any clarity on if my results mean anything and what the next course of action should be, even though I have (obviously) been in touch. Very disappointing experience and I'd recommend staying away from this dr.

saw this doctor a few times and was made to go through a couple of procedures. the procedures didn't show anything but my symptoms continued, no follow-up or updates on the diagnosis or treatment plan what so ever, I had to follow up a couple of times on it. It almost seems like the doctor is more interested in ordering tests and procedures than actually treating me

Dr. Mindy Lee was very professional. She was very knowledgeable about my health issues and had excellent communication. She is very warm and you can tell she genuinely cares to help you. At no time did I feel rushed and all my questions were answered, and then some. I left her office feeling confident that I understood my prognosis and how to deal with it going forward. Unfortunately, it is hard to find doctors like her, so I was lucky to get treated by her. The front desk staff was very professional as well. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Dr. Lee was absolutely amazing! She was kind and very attentive. I genuinely felt heard and every question I asked she responded and was very informative. I think the most important thing we all want from a Dr is to feel heard and understood. I LOVED the fact that she understood that some patients want to go a more natural route and others don’t. 10/10 recommend, truly she was great.
