Mindful Massages, Lymphatic Therapy

I recently had a procedure that caused me a great deal of swelling and was very uncomfortable. A lymphatic massage with Connie was the best decision I could have made. She is extremely knowledgeable of the lymphatic system. She has been so friendly and easy to work with and made me completely at ease during the massages. It has made a huge difference in my recovery and the reduction in swelling had been such a relief. I highly recommend Connie.

Connie is fantastic! Post-surgery, my lymphatic system needed a reboot, excessive fluid causing weight gain despite my best efforts. I'd never had weight issues before, so this was tough for me. After researching, I opted for MLD. Connie's techniques are working - excess fluid is draining, and weight is decreasing. Connie is amazing. I came to her with a situation she was not familiar with. She researched the type of surgery I had during her off hours and then gave me all the attention needed during our sessions. She professional but we had some laughs a long the way! I've already recommended her to others!
