Dr. Lu immediately projected deep expertise, and inspired confidence from the very beginning of the visit. He evaluated my hip aloud in a way I could understand, without ever talking down to me. He was very thoughtful about answering my questions. Dr. Lu is very low key, but in a calm and reassuring way. I came away feeling that the conversation about my hip was concluded, and I did not have to go anywhere else. I recommend him without reservation.

Had to wait for over an hour before being called to the back, then another 20 minutes before seeing Dr Lu. Amazed that I got an appt within a day of calling but disappointed with the wait time. I knew Dr Lu from a prior surgery so it was worth the wait. He was knowledgeable and explained my MRI. He gave me a cortisone shot with no issues.

Dr. Lu and the office staff were great. After my appointment, I had a clear understanding of my condition and how it needed to be treated. Dr. Lu and his staff were attentive and explained my condition to me in plain language.

Dr Lu replaced both of my knees and I am so happy that I found him! I have a number of medical issues which meant that Dr Lu had to be the lead physician of a group of differently specialized physicians. He always consulted with all of them and, very importantly, kept me and my wife informed of all of the decisions made by the "Team." I had a knee replacement by Dr. Lu in April. My experience with his whole team was wonderful! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Dr. Lu takes his time and explains everything thoroughly. The surgery center was the same great staff and very caring. My recovery went very well and due to his technique I recovered much quicker than my previous knee replacement. I highly recommend Dr. Lu and his team!!!
