If you live in Hampden, go here to fill your prescriptions. Both the 41st and Remington Walgreens are deeply understaffed and it is impossible to get them on the phone, there are long lines when picking up prescriptions, and they are constantly out of commonly prescribed medications which causes significant delays.

After I couldn't reach a CVS on the phone around three years ago, I started coming to Mimikay. So far so good. The pharmacy doesn't have the bells and whistles of larger chains. But there is actually a person who answers his phone calls and your questions.

My spouse and I have been coming here for a couple years and we’ve always had a great experience- the pharmacist is very helpful and kind. Great place to come to!

Mimikay Pharmacy on the Avenue is THE BEST pharmacy experience I have ever had. It is a small business (husband-wife team) and Kay always takes phone calls (vs. waiting and pressing buttons and still not getting through for the big retailers). He works with us on timing and interfaces with docs/insurances if needed.
