Mills Urgent Care

If there was a "perfectly executed urgent care total experience", it would not deviate one bit from the experience I had. Fast, efficient, friendly. My appointment was at 9:05 and I got what I needed and wanted and was back in my car by 9:10. Facility and staff were all fantastic.

My provider was the PA. He was to the point, thorough, and professional. They got me in and got very quickly. The front receptionist was excellent and very approachable. She would make an excellent office manager and is the person who needs to be the face of the practice. I have worked in the medical field for 30!years calling on physicians and healthcare providers. This practice is very well ran. Our son attends AU and will be using your practice when needed. Thank you for your services

The staff was very professional very welcoming. I was very nervous with this being my first time going to a new facility, but they all made me feel very welcomed have very genuine spirits and the doctor was very thorough. Very reassuring and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone and I'm really glad they're close which makes it more convenient for me.My girl Kim is amazing !! At the front desk 😊 the conversations there didn't feel like just your typical visit thank you all for your kindness and service tonight .

I don’t get all the negative reviews, this place is a blessing to Auburn. As a college student, coming to Auburn, it has been a struggle to find good medical care until this place. I was just diagnosed with the Flu and they got me in and out the door with a prescription in less than an hour. Staff was super nice and the place was super clean. I know some reviews said they felt “rushed”, I will say, I never felt rushed, they were just efficient and understanding. Keep doing what you are doing Mills!

I would definitely recommend Mills urgent care. Every person I encountered was extremely nice and welcoming, which sets the tone for first overall impression. The nurse practitioner Laura was extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and I didn't feel judged by her which is so important when you are on a weight loss journey. I'm so happy I came here, and look forward to future appointments.
