I changed to Dr. Hadley because of how she cares for my daughter through patching. She very informative and will take that little extra time to make sure you understand everything. She also cares a lot about her patients and seems to try to contact with you on a more personal level then just another patient pulling you in and then just pushing you. So if you want the best experience you have ever had for your vision go see Dr. Hadley.
I needed an exam by the end of the year before my insurance benefits ended. Waited too late to get an appointment with my regular, Dr Richardson. Hadley Eye Care was recommended by another office that was out of network, so I called them. Appointment process was easy and I got an appointment quickly. Overall good experience at Hadley Eye Care. The preliminary exam by an assistant was a bit rushed and somewhat aggressive feeling. The assistant was friendly but just poking things at my eye, sit here, look here, etc without any explanations of what was happening so I had a couple episodes of uncontrollable blinking and eye watering just from not knowing what to expect. Not a horrible experience but could have been better with a more gentle approach. The actual exam with Dr Hadley went well.
It was a wonderful experience from the front desk to the tech and Dr. Hadley. I called and got an appointment the same day. I was in and out within 30 minutes. It could not have been any better. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. I don't think you will be disappointed. They offer the Optomap option ($25) instead of dilation. I was super excited to take advantage of this offer!
Great experience with Hadley Eye Care and would highly recommend Dr. Hadley! She went above and beyond to help with issues both myself and my daughter have experienced since opening her new practice. Her office staff is friendly and helpful!
Most thorough eye exam i have ever had! 5 stars to Dr. Hadley!! The most friendly staff. Everyone there made me feel very welcome. I felt like family to the staff and Dr. Hadley!
