Mills Family Pharmacy

One word really sums up this pharmacy and its staff… Amazing. They truly care about their patients. And Danielle in the compound lab is absolutely amazing. She takes time to come out and talk to me and is very understanding of my situation and feelings. Chad always has a smile on his face and is always friendly. I will be moving from Walgreens to Mills. I’d rather support a family business that actually has a relationship with their customers than a corporate entity that could care less about their customers and more about the money. Went today for the 1st time and the staff was very caring and informative. Lots of great gifts to explore as well while you wait for your prescription (which was not long at all). Wonderful pharmacy!

I’m not sure how my review got deleted. I thought companies couldn’t do that? The majority of the staff is rude. The computer system must be old, people have to write down your social and birthday and carry it around to find your information. They messed up my medicine multiple times. The only people who apologized are the two who did nothing wrong. The young blond girl and older gentleman with glasses should be training everyone how to provide first class customer service. I was considering staying but decided There are too many people working behind the counter and handling orders, to the point that I’m scared they’ll make a mistake on someone’s meds.

Staff here are just awesome! Moved all my medications from Walgreens today and couldn't be happier. They truly treat people with so much care and respect. Would give 1000 stars if I could.

I only rated five stars because it’s the highest Google allows. I now live outside Chattanooga and still call Mills Family Pharmacy my pharmacy. Hands down the best compounding pharmacy in the state. Go there or have your prescriptions called in and they will mail them to you. See for yourself!
