I just wanted to take the time to share my recent experience at this practice. I went to schedule my annual checkup. (I have been an active patient here for the past 11 years and my husband still is) I called and was given my appointment with the receptionist. Two days prior to said appointment, I received a voicemail asking me to call back in regards to my upcoming appointment. I called back and spoke to Dr Patels wife who informed me that because I had records transferred to another office, they could not see me. I continued to explain the reason I was contemplating switching offices was due to a recent change and relocation of employment but decided not to switch. Doctor is nice, receptionist is very unfriendly and she was keep say Oh my gosh, keep sighing and saying very unfriendly for just a simple reschedule. She ruined my morning.

Dr. Patel is the most caring doctor you will ever find. My family and I have been his patients for over 30 years now and I wouldn't trust anyone but him with my children and now my grandchildren. He's not one to push you out the door, he listens which is hard to find these days. I can honestly say we love this practice!

Been seeing Dr Patel for 20 years. He and his staff are excellent. He always takes the time needed and makes you feel relaxed and not rushed. And, he is always on top of all the latest medical information, treatments and options. Can't say enough about the whole team at Millgrove Medical Center. I now live in Maine and still fly down to see him at least twice a year for check ups and opinions!

Dr.Patel is a caring and very knowledgeable physician. I refused to see an Endocrinologist for my diabetes because I feel that he has the expertise on the condition. Among the staff, Dr Rita is great to interact with and they make me feel welcomed.
