If You Care About Your Health, Stay Away From This Practice! This office, including Dr. Chaudhari and the staff, is absolutely terrible. They are unresponsive, disorganized, and seem more harmful than helpful. I called every day last week, left messages on the portal twice, and still didn’t get a response. It wasn’t until Friday—after demanding to speak to the office manager, Johanny—that my concerns were finally acknowledged. Only then did Blanca, Dr. Chaudhari’s assistant, call me back. Even worse, they tried to prescribe me unnecessary and highly addictive medications like antidepressants and painkillers, which I did not need. I have never had a worse experience at a doctors office. I just moved here and needed a primary care doctor. Options are limited so I settled for Anjana Chaudhari. It was the worst decision I could have ever made. No one answers the phone in the office directly. The only people you can speak with is the appointment line. They tried to charge me for a free physical exam covered by my insurance. The doctor cost me thousands of dollars by not checking with my insurance provider first. I felt rushed the entire time during my visit. They have you do your blood work at a whole other location. I took off work and had to go to multiple locations for one appointment. Just left walk in clinic. Chairs in waiting area are piss strained. My complaint was ignored. Nurse claim the stains are from something else. (poop?) Also added she would know if it was. Good eyes since she , i guess could see throught walls. My compliant was dismissed. See pictures. Look before sitting.

Our whole family (4 people) have been going to the same doctor in this practice, starting from 2018. In December the doctor left the practice and now we are being treated as new patients and cannot be seen until we go through the whole process again, such a waste of time. It took awhile to get used to Dr. Lopez, and now that he is gone - it is a nightmare and we are very sad that this place cannot provide proper customer service and make us go through 40 minutes phone conversation just to get established AGAIN as a new patients. Won't be giving you our business anymore, sorry, plus wait time in WALK-IN CLINIC is 1 hour plus - when using a "NO-WAIT" appointment scheduler on-line, you can die while waiting for them to see you.
