Millennium Physician Group - Naples Primary-Care

Ya’ll!! Dr. Neil Maldonado-Catinchi is literally the best. I had one of the best experiences with Millennium Physicians Group thanks to Dr. Maldonado and his team. From start to finish… the staff was prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly. They really got things done efficiently. Dr. Maldonado himself was amazing: super approachable, attentive, and CLEARLY knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Ya’ll, I HIGHLY recommend this office for quality care!

Arrived at 3:10pm for walk in care. Refused to see me because they had reached their capacity for the day even though they didn’t close for almost 2 hours.

My care by Dr. Marc Laufe office was terrible. I found their whole operation very unprofessional. Even Dr. Laufe admited to me it's bad. Appointments not made, and billing issues. I am a Veteran and have provided Millennium Physician Group on numerous occasions the information they needed authorization number and billing address. I've reached out to the Veterans Community Care hotline, and they have attempted to reach them as well on a couple of occasions while I was on the line. No matter what time of the day it is it goes to voice mail. We never receive a call back and I keep receiving invoices threating collections. Well, folks, you better find out what DR. is on call. There once was a time, you only needed to make sure the facility was in network. Yesterday after getting the first in line for a medical need, was informed, the Dr. on-site did not accept my insurance and that I could come back on Tuesday when a subscribing physician would be on site. This is a walk in clinic for a reason. Went to ER Quickcare on Livingston and Pine Ridge. Very thorough, professional, understanding, better hours and puts Millennium as a last resort.
