Millennium Medical Management

I’ve been seeing the Doctors here for some time and they are very professional. I expect after care, once you have a procedure to be cared for whether it worked well or not; the hoped for expectation met and if not why. It seems many Doctors don’t care enough to truly take care of you - little follow-up just treatment like a roll of the dice, if not effective oh well. This is not true at Millennium Medical. The Doctors and staff are helpful and follow up to the extent they exceed my expectation.

Love the associates and doctor's here very friendly. Dr Patel is the best. The staff make you feel like your part of the family. The place is always clean and neat. Bathrooms never dirty with is a rare thing when it comes to medical offices.

I have primary health insurance and Medicare is my secondary. This Practice refused to bill Medicare until I paid them $410.00 for an EMG test for my severe neck pain even though Medicare would have covered what my Primary Insurance didn't. I have never had an issue with any Doctors office over this as my Healthcare Insurances have always covered almost 100 % of my medical bills. Regardless of whether or not my deductible had been reached with my Primary, my Medicare deductible had been reached so they would have been paid. Do yourself a favor and find a different Dr. that actually cares about a patient's health.

Dr. Haridoplis and her staff are personable, professional, extremely friendly and helpful. I have never felt more comfortable in a Dr.s office. They take extra time to get in touch with you personally. They give me the feeling that they truly care for their patients.

I only give a 3 star because of the appt. Setters. I'm not sure if this one receptionist is still on staff, but she should not be the first point of contact for this office. She has no compassion at all. I really want to say that there is some prejudiced going on because that's the way she made me feel when I come in with my grandmother eveytime. But this one day really made me know that she really was prejudiced. My grandmother's back pain makes it very hard for her to walk and sometimes her legs get numb. This one particular day her leg went numb as she was walking to the back when she was called. She fell and I just happen to be recording the receptionist up front to show how she treated us differently. As I was helping my grandmother back I asked for a wheelchair because she could bare
