Great office! I was late for my appointment (20 minutes) and the front desk person was kind enough to ask the doctor if I could still be seen. Dr. Beri was thorough and handled my illness with care and concern. She answered all my questions. The room nurse was also very polite and courteous. I had a very positive experience at this office and would highly recommend them.

Appt scheduling was super easy. Even when I needed to switch my appointment from in person to online, the office handled it smoothly. The staff and nurse were friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Jafferi has a truly evergreen personality. He went above and beyond to explain my results, offer advice, and prescribe medication. He really took the time to listen and answered all of my questions, even though I had many. Very appreciated!

I absolutely love Dr. Hassan. She is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and funny and kind. The office staff is also professional, and friendly and the facility is clean. I have now been there a few times and have never had a long wait. It’s also very convenient that you can get blood drawn there and they offer different services in office that most doctors offices would make you have to go outside of the office to get done. I definitely recommend this practice. If you’re looking for a new primary care provider, look no further, you will be happy with your choice if you choose them!

I’ve been a patient here for several years and consistently receive excellent care. The doctors and staff are friendly, thorough, and I’m usually seen pretty quickly with minimal waiting room time. The only downside is that it’s hard to reach the office directly since calls usually go through a call center, which can slow things down a bit. Overall, I really trust this team and would definitely recommend them for primary care.

Unfair Late Cancellation Fee We're extremely disappointed with this office’s policies and lack of compassion. My MIL was charged a late cancellation fee for a missed appointment—even though she was admitted to the hospital and physically unable to attend. This was a medical emergency, not negligence or disregard for their time. We informed the office as soon as we were able, yet the fee was still enforced with no flexibility or understanding. Healthcare providers should prioritize patient well-being, especially in situations involving hospitalization. Penalizing patients for emergencies is unreasonable and shows a serious lack of empathy.
