Milestone Pediatrics

We love all of the providers at Milestone! They are all so patient, kind, and playful with my kids! My 5 year old with autism can be very hesitant, but today at his kindergarten appointment, he was so happy that NP Janel let him try her stethoscope and light, and let him help “check out” his baby brother. She was so fun with him and made him laugh and feel comfortable. Also, the office is so quick to respond to my messages. I am always in need of therapy prescriptions, etc, and they always respond so quick and have them faxed where they need to go. We recently moved, but will continue to make the longer drive to come to this office because of the wonderful care they provide here!

I’ve been bringing my daughter to Milestone Pediatrics since she was born, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we’ve received. As a first-time parent, having a kind, attentive, and incredibly responsive team supporting us has been an absolute blessing. No matter when I call, they always take the time to answer questions and make sure my daughter is seen quickly when she’s not feeling well. One thing that truly stands out is how inclusive and welcoming they are. As two dads who always attend appointments together, we’ve always felt seen, respected, and supported. Milestone Pediatrics creates a safe, family-friendly environment for every type of family—and that kind of care makes all the difference.

We’ve been patients here FOREVER. We love all the providers. Dr Pera and Dr Reicherts are who my children have mainly seen. We have seen Dr Holly a few times . NP Laurie, Kerry and Janel have always been fantastic with our kids. The best! Today one of the providers was behind with a new mom. Janelle jumped right in to help us instead and I was so thankful for that. She was incredible with my child. I am also understanding and appreciative the other provider was spending so much time with a new mom. I remember those days. The nurses are all on top on it and respectful and reassuring. They always call me back immediately. Front office staff is top notch. If you need a great office that doesn’t miss any of the checked boxes - this is it.

Hi, We see Dr. Pera for our son, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. From our very first visit, it was clear that Dr. Pera is not only exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough in his medical approach but also incredibly kind, funny and patient. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and never makes us feel rushed, no matter how many questions we have. His calm demeanor and warm personality instantly put both parents and children at ease. What stands out most is how wonderful he is with kids—our son feels so comfortable around him! We’ve worked with Dr. Richerts and Dr. Pera since our baby was born four months ago. They are extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and comforting. The whole team there is incredibly responsive to any and all questions and concerns. As a new mom, I have had several questions come up and have given the office a call to leave a message with a nurse. I often hear back within an hour and never feel like I am inconveniencing them with my *probably* paranoid new mom questions. Looking forward to a long relationship with this practice!
