Milestone Pediatrics - Central Ohio Primary Care

We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pappa!!! Our son absolutely adores her! She is not only great with the kids but makes my husband and I feel so comfortable asking questions! We always feel heard, respected, and like our children’s well being is her top priority! The whole office staff and nursing team are also great but just wanted to give Dr. Pappa a shout out!! We love her!

We have loved our whole time at milestone with dr Savage, most recently we seen Mary for a sick visit - my son was having very concerning symptoms and even though urgent care was doing his care after that. Mary still called to check on him, give him advice. And was able to squeeze him in because she wasn't comfortable with the results we had. And dr Savage made time during that last min appt to also do a work up and give his send opinion. I appreciate their flexibility and the way they care for my children. They're the best!

Front desk worker was rude unprofessional and lied on several occasions when I called. my children’s dr office shut down unexpectedly and all I had was their most recent shot records.called before hand explaining the situation she said come fill out some paperwork and bring the records with me so I did…ask what this paperwork was for and she said to reach out to the old office to request more information.once again I explained there is no office anymore she said well there has to be something …..we had this conversation at least 3 more times there was and is still nothing ….and I had to fill out the same paperwork 2 more times each time being told to wait a week plus for some type of resolve and to the point of 2 almost 3 months of trying to be patient I felt like I had to find a differen
