Milestone Orthodontics

I had my first appointment at Milestone Orthodontics today, I think this is my second time in my almost 23 years that I’ve ever written a Google review before but after meeting Dr. Milestone & his team I absolutely HAD to comment on how absolutely wonderful they all are. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dental offices to begin with and have had many different consultations with orthodontists who all told me different things, made me feel like a burden for asking questions, & left me feeling like I was being dismissed and that my dream of having the smile I’ve always wanted would always be out of reach. I really love my experience here and everyone is so nice and enthusiastic. They always put a smile on the people’s faces. They make sure you’re comfortable and if anything is bothering you , you can let them know and they will fix it immediately. Definitely recommended

I share the same experience as two other people listed on their reviews. My Invisalign trays were delayed but I did eventually get them I started my treatment 2023...I provided them the proper insurance...I still have the same insurance til this day no change in plan etc...i paid my out of pocket payments on time...all that is left was what is to be covered by the insurance. The office NEVER submitted a claim...as they claim they have tried several times but never provided a claim number or anything...I called my insurance multiple to get it rectified and even conducted a 3 way call with my insurance and Milestone only for Milestone not proceed with filing the claim that day saying they will need to call the next day in which they did not and here we are at 2026 and they are harassing me f

Great service and people! I have been going there all my life and they have never let me down. Dr. Milestone is amazing at what he does and all the staff is kind and does whatever they can to ensure customer satisfaction. Totally recommend coming here if you can’t find a good orthodontist.

For the very brief moments I've spent with Dr. Milestone, he seems like a decent person. However everything else has been a complete nightmare for my treatment. My first red flag should have been when the assistant pressured me for full payment for treatment on my first visit and consultation. She shoved me through a Carecredit application and made me pay for what it didn't cover. 8k later, I have a very nice pallet expander though. The person who originally referred me to this office later admitted she made a mistake. Most recently 3 of my last 4 appointments have been a complete waste of my time. I spent one of them driving over an hour in the rain with my baby for an appointment where the doctor wasn't even in the office that day. Another spent sitting for an hour, and no one bothered t
