I have been to plenty of dentists in the past and have always struggled to find one who is gentle, compassionate, respectful, and truly caring. Like many people, I’ve had dental trauma before, so going to the dentist has always been something I feared. From the moment I walked in, everything about this office was AMAZING. The front desk was warm and welcoming, the staff in the back was incredible, and the doctor — WOW. The doctor explained everything in detail, walked me through every single step, constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable, and made me feel completely at ease. I felt no pain at all, which honestly shocked me. I was so comfortable the entire time, and that has never happened to me at a dentist before. It was my first time at Valley Arts Dental, and I had a great experience. A friend of mine, Jerilynn recommened I come here and im honestly so glad that I listened to her. The staff was very welcoming, respectful, and genuinely caring. I felt comfortable right away and they took their time explaining everything to me instead of rushing through the appointment. Maryann was very helpful and she was knowledgeable, and she gave me really good recommendations. Dr. Klausner also took the time to explain what was going on, and explained ways it could be corrected. I didn't feel rushed or confused at all because he made sure to let me know what would work best for me. Im really grateful for Jerilynn recommending me this office !!.

Dr. G and the entire staff are great. They are careful and considerate in all that they do. From planning dental work to the actual dental work. I always feel informed and not pressure to make a decision. I usually have a lot of anxiety with dental work. Each time I have been here I have been made comfortable and at ease with their work despite how painful it may sound. They do everything possible to make it as minimal as possible. And the reception staff is very warm, understanding, and helpful.

It was excellent. Great job from Elena. I never thought about leaving the place. She is very talented and competent. She knows exactly what she is doing. She explained everything to me. The staff at Valley Dental are genuinely friendly. It's nice to walk in an office for the first time and feel like you're a part of their family. The dentists and staff members are knowledgeable, kind and explain everything in a way that keeps you calm and makes you feel respected. When sharing the next steps or necessary interventions, they provide all of the available options so you can make the right decision concerning your oral health. The receptionist works with you to schedule an appointment that fits yoir schedule (to the extent possible). Overall, I had a great experience and will be returning for future dental care.
