Miler Orthodontics: Dr. Sherwood Miler, DMD - Bluffton, SC

As a former orthodontic assistant for many years, most recently in Boston, I’m very particular about choosing an orthodontist. After recently moving to South Carolina, I needed to find a new orthodontist for my son, and I couldn’t be happier that we found Dr. Miler and the team at Miler Orthodontics in Bluffton. Dr. Miler and his staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Miler has an amazing bedside manner and exceptional attention to detail, which truly sets him apart. From the first visit, I felt confident knowing my son was in excellent hands. If you’re looking for braces, aligners (including Invisalign), or orthodontic appliances for younger children, this is absolutely the office to go to. They also have convenient locations in both Bluffton and Beaufort. 10/1

They’re incredibly professional, kind, and so attentive. From the beginning, they took the time to explain every step of the process to both my daughter & i which helped ease any anxiety. The office is clean, modern, and runs very efficiently—appointments are always on time, and communication is excellent. Most importantly, we are seeing results. My daughter's smile is already showing such improvement, and it’s all thanks to the attentive, skilled care provided here. This office is amazing. They treated my 2 kids and I couldn’t be more happy. Dr. miler is so personable, professional and is very knowledgeable in orthodontics. We LOVE Miler Orthodontics and their amazing staff. Everyone remembers the whole family’s names when you walk in and it’s genuinely heartwarming. I swear Dr. Miler is an orthodontic magician because it feels like my son just got his braces on and the work is almost complete already! The fact that he has been able to straighten out my son’s very crazy teeth and only a year is mind-boggling. When I was growing up we had to wear braces for three and four years! Highly recommend meeting with the Miler Orthodontics team!

Dr. Miler and his staff have all been wonderful during my Daughters orthodontic treatment. From the initial consultation, procedures, and booking appointments, everyone is so friendly and kind. Dr. Miler is professional and takes time to answer all of our questions. He and his staff truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!
