Walked in and everyone was so friendly and I was able to get my passport photo done less than seven minutes. The gentleman who assisted me took a great photo it made me feel very comfortable. I’m very grateful the post office is recommended this pharmacy.

If I could give them -5 stars I would … I called to see if my prescription got sent over & the pharmacist was so rude he asked me for my member ID & then once he couldn’t find it said I have the wrong Group ID .. he doesn’t even know what he’s talking about or doing. Once I explain to him my member ID and Group ID are two different numbers on my insurance card he starts yelling telling me he doesn’t have time for this… very unprofessional & I will be switching my pharmacist

Awesome place always helpful. Explain illness, or symptoms always direct you to the right medication.

Customer service is poor. They provide passport photo service yet they are unaware of the criteria for specific counties. When I tried to have a conversation about it, I was immediately dismissed. Whilst they took over the picture, I was not comfortable with how I was dealt with when I pointed out that the first picture would not meet the criteria. I thought using a small business pharmacy was a good choice but surely I won’t be going back.

Does customer service no longer exist? I arrived to pick-up a UPS package and rather than assist me, the clerk took not 1 but TWO personal calls. Is this the new norm? Don't help the customer standing in front you, instead be on the phone?
