Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care

Its my first time today, jan 12, to come to this clinic. Ive checked the nearby urgent care with good reviews, and this clinic has the highest score and good reviews. The speed and efficiency is outstanding, arrived there at 3pm, im done at 4pm, this is true to the name"urgent care",i was feeling terrible dur to sore throat, feverish, sneezing blood, so i dont want to wait for so long, the staff are compassionate &friendly, the Nurse practitioner was patient and listens carefully. They have impeccably clean facilities, and thorough, knowledgeable care. The best part is, i did not pay anything, it was all covered by my insurance. Why only 4? The prescription was not approved that day, im not sure why, walgreens said they have not received the order. Im hoping i can get it within the day b

Shelby Hughes PA was most compassionate and competent. Incredible bedside manner. Such a pleasure to experience that these days in medicine. Also, Sabrina, the tech/nurse was amazingly gentle and thorough. Another compassionate soul. I left that location feeling so much better and I'm so grateful for the services rendered. Shelby Hughes and Sabrina are true assets to your team! Front desk young lady was great too! Easy check in process. Very kind and attentive.

Shelby Hughes was very kind and answered all my questions, and helped me feel at ease. The intake nurse was very sweet and personable. And the experience started and ended well because of the patient and calming manner of the receptionist. Overall very good experience for being under the weather. (: Make your appointment!
