Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care

I stopped by Midwest Express Clinic in Blue Island and honestly had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The place is really clean and modern—definitely doesn’t have that typical “clinic” vibe. I didn’t wait long to be seen, and the provider actually listened and took their time with me, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to go somewhere local where you’re treated with respect and care. Highly recommend if you’re not feeling well and need to be seen quickly!

This was our first time at this location. Samantha was such a joy...she gives I've never met you but feel like I've known you for a long time (familiarity). lol. Though our encounter was brief, I felt nothing but positive energy radiating from Sam, Raven, and Kelly. They were so very helpful and kind. Nothing but good vibes. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Samantha hyche was amazing, very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Her bed side manner was very joyful making me feel at ease listening with concern if I could give her a 10 star rating she deserves each and every one.

We just left today after having our son checked out, from the moment we walked in and walked out we were welcomed with a smile and positive energy, Sam, Yecenia, raven, and Kelly were great. The nurse practitioner treated our son great and made him feel comfortable during the whole exam, she treated him as if it was her son. Also they gave him a little goodie bag of candy and toys which he really enjoys! Would definitely recommend coming here again!

Staff always friendly and the wait is never unbearable. They try to get you in and out and the ladies today 3/16 (Sunday) was relatable during check in! Please keep the nurse that was there today also! Very clean also and music was nice and made visiting the doctor less stressful Place is diverse also!
