I came to get a cleaning Although the professionalism is good but I don't like the fact that when you schedule your appointment time It took a long time before I got a chance to see the dentist and they are short staffed is what it looked like to me the dentist then says she did not know I was waiting. Like come on people where is the communication that's not a good look at all especially running a business. Please do better or hire more professional people so the waiting time won't be so long

I felt that the dentist doesn't know how to be professional she needs to grow up. I let her know that she messed my teeth up from last time I was there thats why it took me a whole year to go back. I figured she was just having an off day the 1st time. This is my 2nd time. Trust me I will not be going back a 3rd. Then she got mad because I told her she really didn't numb the right part last time I felt it all. I tried to let her know but she just kept saying we are almost done. This time she was mad because I told her that she hit me pretty hard with the syringe. Didn't even say your gonna feel a pinch. I was thinking I better just walk out. Trust me find a new place this one she is crazy.

I had an amazing experience here! It was my first dental cleaning in the U.S., and I was so impressed by how gentle, detailed, and professional the Dr.Kim was. The cleaning was completely painless—no bleeding, no swelling, and my teeth feel so clean and refreshed. I’ve had many cleanings in Korea, but this was by far the most comfortable and thorough one I’ve ever had. I’m really grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a careful and skilled dentist! Thank you so much!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the dentist was patient and very gentle. I experienced no discomfort at all. My appointment started on time, and everything ran smoothly. The office was a bit cold, but it was spotless and very well maintained. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Staff is always courteous and polite. I absolutely love my dentist. She very knowledgeable about any procedure I'm having done as well as what my insurance company covers. My only complaint is the wait time. If I have an appointment 🙃 I shouldn't have to wait an hour or more after my appointment time. Please work on that😊
