Midwest Dental - Appleton

Both my dental hygienist and my dentist were wonderful! I had a couple of questions that they answered really well and I got good advice for follow up care.

Since I retired, I submitted my Medicare Advantage plan card to their office. They spent so much time trying to determine how they were going to be paid and wouldn't see me unless they were reassured that my appointment had to be rescheduled. Before I left the premisis I called the customer service number on the back of my card and spoke to a representative. Gave the phone to them and only then they were able to set things up. So I had to come in twice for the dental procedure, during which a different hygienist performed the work. The more I thought about it the more disgusted I became. Wonder why they didn't call the customer number right at the outset. Other than that one incident, I would give them a higher rating.

I have been going to Midwest Dental for a couple moths already. Dr Art's is a very friendly and good Dentist. I also would like to compliment Macy and Gigi who assist Dr. Art's. They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.

This was my first visit and all of the staff and the dentist were very friendly and very informative. They didn't try and push you into doing things you didn't want or necessarily need.

From scheduling, to check-in, through the cleaning and exam, every one was very professional and well organized. During the exam Dr Arts clearly informed me of her findings and made helpful suggestions regarding the care of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Arts and her team!
