Everyone is so nice & welcoming. They all care so much about the patients that walk through the door. They don't ever pressure you into anything either. They'll give recommendations, but it's always followed up with "you don't have to make a decision today" which I really appreciate. They've also made going to the "tooth doctor" a great experience for my 3 year old. She loves doctor Josh so much & is constantly asking to visit him! Every night when we brush her teeth she tells me "doctor Josh say we have to brush our teeth so they don't get sicky" . I'm truly grateful for everyone at Baye & Vanden Heuvel dentistry & will be a patient there for as long as possible :)

Love Dr Vanden Heuvel. Not only is he extremely competent and thorough, he is always thinking about the out of pocket costs and presenting various options which I appreciate. He also works very efficiently and smoothly with dental specialists which is wonderful!! Finally his staff is happy, cheerful and oh so pleasant.

I’ve been to this dental office 5 times, every 6 months, today would have been my 6th and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. They have such a high turnover rate of hygienist, every 6 months, which makes the continuity of care difficult. Every appointment, I had a different hygienist, it felt like I was starting from scratch, again. Making each visit inconsistent in care and communication. When I complained to the receptionist, Carly, her reply was, I need to request a specific hygienist. I did make the appointment with the specific hygienist I wanted. The hygienists and I look at her schedule to see what day works for me after my appointment, she then, walks me to receptionist desk we say, See ya next time! The receptionist looks up the appointme

Dr Baye did a great job with the work I needed done. Felt very comfortable, wasn’t rushed, seen right away at the appointment time, and felt like a person and not a number. Office is very clean and there is an activity center for kids. He has a TV mounted above the chairs so you can watch Netflix to keep you at easy. Everyone was very friendly. It was actually a wonderful experience for a dentist appointment.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Baye, and his support staff of amazing receptionists and dental hygienists. I originally bumped into them while at work and needed a new dentist, they welcomed me with open arms and got me scheduled for an appointment. With work and other commitments I had to constantly reschedule and miss appts, they were able to get me on a cancellation list and consistently reached out as soon as they had openings. After seeing Dr. Baye he had let me know I needed some extra work performed and quickly scheduled me for the work. Dr Baye and his staff were very supportive of me as a patient.
