Midtowne Vision Center

Don’t EVER go to this establishment! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! I waited a month for my glasses. I was some what okay with this being that it was 12/17 and around the holidays. However, I didn’t get my glasses until the end of January 2026. When I did get them back, IT WAS THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION and I could not see out of my very expensive progressive lenses with UV. I kept telling her I couldn’t see out of them and was told, you’re gonna have to get use to them. Highly frustrated, I went to another vision doctor the next day after pickup, and was told my medication was off. Took the glasses BACK to Midtowne vision and they accepted the glasses back to change it to the others provider’s prescription. Cool, So what about my refund of what I paid because now I have single vision len

I would not recommend anyone to go there. I have been a customer for 10 years and this year is my last. I had to wait 2 month to receive contact when my appointment was feb 28 and im just received a call to pick them up because the employee Jeremy doesn't do his job and no one in the building holds him accountable. He doesn't return calls and update customer about there order. He simply ignored you and no one does anything . So this is my last year ever going back to that unprofessional, unorganized placed. So if you want your glasses or contacts back in a timely matter please go somewhere else. He destroying this women business which is really sad.

I don’t have experience w any other eye doctor but have been incredibly impressed w the staff at this office since my first visit. My 3rd year with them and I will continue to be their patient. Thank you all for being so professional, kind, and pleasant. You are appreciated!

I got my glasses two years ago , they are very professional, from time u walk in door until u exit. Excellent customer service. I would recommend my family n friends.

Dr. Turner is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and answer questions. Also Porsha is very helpful and friendly when it comes to picking out the right frame and fit. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend
