My family and I have been patients of Dr. Nab for probably 15-20 years. Plenty of times I’ve written about how wonderful the office is or how much we adore Tandy. But I’m long overdue in dining the praises of Dr. Nab. One of the things we admire most about Dr. Nab is his ability to put the patient first. He has high expectations for himself and his staff. He knows when it’s important to take his time and do things right the first time and has an eye for detail unlike any other dentist I’ve ever experienced in my 51 years. It seems absolutely crazy to write a glowing review after having a root canal, but my experience yesterday was infinitely better than I would have ever expected. Great dentist if you like waiting months for an appointment and taking care of all billing on your own. They DO NOT bill multiple insurances if you are fortunate enough to have them. They made it clear they would not after I contacted both of my insurances myself who told me the portion they would pay them directly for the procedures. They basically want your CASH out of your account and not your dental insurances monies. Decided to see take my care elsewhere.

I was really excited to try this dentist, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Jessica called me the day before my appointment to say they don’t accept my insurance, even though I provided my insurance information a week prior. I was confused because I found this dentist directly through my insurance portal. When I asked why they don’t take my insurance, she said she does take my insurance, she placed me on hold for about five minutes to “look into it,” but came back and simply said, “We just don’t take your insurance,” without offering a clear explanation. She wasn’t able to articulate what the issue was or whether it was something that could be resolved. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. I have been going to see Dr. Nab for over 10 years, and he has always been great. The hygenistists and staff are also so nice and always professional. The office has a calming atmosphere. If you need a great dentist. I highly recommend Midtown Dental.

Dr. Nab is fantastic. He and the entire staff are helpful, caring, and thorough. The facility is clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient for those working downtown. Highly recommend Dr. Nab and everyone at Midtown Dental.
