Unfortunately very unprofessional front desk staff. Phone calls are never answered and voicemails aren’t returned. I had to drive in to cancel my appointment to avoid being charged. You will be met with blank stares, eye rolls, and an underlying attitude. It’s not that hard to smile and be nice!

If I could give it zero stars I would. The PAC I met with and the nurse who brought me back at my first visit were very nice, although there was clearly a language barrier with the nurse so I had to repeat myself multiple times. The low rating is strictly because every single one of the office staff was extremely rude! So rude I would not recommend this place to anyone, and definitely not to anyone who is non-Spanish speaking. I observed the same poor attitude from the office women towards other patients while I was in the waiting room but all the patients who communicated in Spanish were treated much better than the rest. The whole staff is completely amazing. My gastrologist is DR.Wazaz. He is magnificent and always makes sure I'm on the right track. He's quick and efficient. He's definitely one of a kind❤️

If you want health care that’s all about the money, this is the place for you. I wanted to make an appointment for a colonoscopy, they said I needed a consultation appointment first. I asked why and was told it was their policy. I asked how long that would take and was told “ten minutes”. Although I have been through the procedure three times previously and did all those without a consult and although I believe it has more to do with running up the tab for my insurance company than having any benefit to me, I agreed since it was only going to be ten minutes. When I arrived for my ten minute consult there were more than a dozen people waiting. I asked if the wait was going to be as long as it appeared and was assured, yes, it would be. IMO, if they overbook like that with complete disregar
