Carlson Procare

I've needed PT on a few different occasions for a variety of injuries/concerns...knee surgery, vertigo, neck discomfort, etc. The team at Carlson Procare is hands down one of the best in the area (yes, I've visited other facilities). Given the choice in the future, Carlson will be my go-to facility for any/all PT needs. Every single person I've worked with was amazing...they work together as a team, listen to their patients and work to get you back to 100%. I would highly, highly recommend Carlson to anyone in need of PT.

I was treated for frozen shoulder. At my first visit, I could hardly move that arm and my range of motion was not good. By the end of my 4 month treatment, my shoulder had improved 100%. The PT staff is amazing. I was treated by Ashley, Matt, Josh, Nick, Deena, Casey, Gramos and Marisa. I hope I’ll never need PT again but if I do, I would absolutely go back to Carlson in Meriden. I already recommended the company to a friend and she thanks me after every visit because she sees improvement every time she goes.

Meriden’s Carlson Procare is exceptional in so many ways. Every person that works there is caring and attentive. They know you by name and want to know your story. I was in a car accident and this was my first experience going to PT. Casey was my PT. She was so patient with me. I’d get frustrated, worried it wouldn’t lessen my pain, however, she taught me strategies to use, a home program and explained how strengthening my back would help my neck. Soon, I couldn’t wait to go. Everything she said was correct. My pain began to decrease, I started sleeping better and ultimately, in time, my neck pain was gone. I was referred to PT by my doctor. I couldn’t get in anywhere for a month or more. Kevin, the owner, took me right in. I will always be so grateful for his kindness. Thank you so much!

Carlson Procare is a great place to get physical therapy. My experience there has been amazing and has helped me feel better from the first couple of visits. The therapists are very knowledgeable and extremely qualified to perform various treatments and exercises to feel better. I have seen Matt and he has been terrific. He is efficient and knows what needs to be done. Also, Matt is compassionate and personable. The facility is clean and the staff including the front desk are very pleasant and welcoming.
