Today’s visit was beyond exceptional. Moving back to SC; today was my first with Dr. K.Lozanne since 2021. He was very welcoming and helped me understand how my condition has changed and option for my next steps. As a visual learning, Dr. Lozanne explained how my MRI has changed with a model so that my husband and I was able to articulate and understand why I have been experiencing the symptoms and pains the last three months. So glad I made the decision to return to Dr. Lozanne for my medical treatment.

Very Professional, Friendly and Polite Staff. Clean and welcoming Facility. Doctor Browning was great and let me know what the path to recovery was and that he was there to help me get better.

While I waited for almost 50 minutes before I was called back to an exam room, I did not wait more than 5 minutes for the doctor to come in to see me. Dr. Adam Griffith was very attentive and thorough with his evaluation of my problem. He made sure he answered all my questions and explained in detail what he thought was going on with my hand. We decided on a treatment plan together, which included further testing, a round of steroids, and a follow-up visit after an MRI. We will see what happens after the MRI, but I was impressed with Dr. Griffith, his knowledge, and bedside manner.

My experience at midlands ortho was great! Dr. Lamotta is a wonderful doctor. However, the prescriptions he ordered were not called in in a timely manner. The lidocaine patches were available shortly after the appointment. However, the hydrocodone was not called until after 6 pm the following day. This is not acceptable. Celeste Beplay

The automation for online is so agonizingly bad. I started at 8:30am, ended up in cycles of the AI not being able to understand my insurance company. I begged repeatedly for a human, she never complied, i asked for voicemail, the voicemail kept repeatedly cutting me off, and making me record over again, a total of 3 times. Persisting, i tried again and finally got the AI to book an appointment, 3 weeks away from the actual current injury, which just shows you how poorly the AI understood the injury issue. The AI also asks a lot about if I was in a work injury, which makes me think that they are hoping and fishing for workplace injury cases. Shockingly, something must have eventually recorded.
