Midland Pharmacy

Used to be excellent, but don't understand what has happened to them. I'm the one that has to call them mostly for my refills, otherwise they are always late. Have promised me meds on a certain day and when they don't arrive I have to call them and wait yet another day for delivery.

All my experiences at Midland Pharmacy in Broward County have been nothing short of exceptional. I want to specifically commend Monica and Alex, two technicians who consistently go above and beyond. Their positive attitudes and patient demeanor create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for every customer. As a nurse I see many types of people. I have to interact with them. Midland Pharmacy is absolutely an amazing experience of customer service. I recently had an issue with my Blood Pressure and have to change some medications more than once. Every time I walk in Monica and the other staff treat me with excellence. CVS at five points should learn.

The pharmacist often calls me direct when my prescriptions are ready for renewal and always offer me the option to pickup or have it delivered. Very organized and efficient!
