I would give this place 10 stars if I could, they are fantastic!! Although they’re only open a couple days a week, getting appointments for me and both my kids was easy. The dentist took out 2 of my son’s wisdom teeth - 10 minutes and painless. The entire staff is super friendly and fun to be around. Thank you!!

First off, good luck actually having them get your appointment time right. EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT I've ever made with then has been rescheduled between 1-3 times. I get multiple reminders which I reply to, then the day before or the morning of even, they call and reschedule. Either that or I'll make an appointment and then call to confirm and they have the wrong appointment time or day entered, so then I have to rearrange my schedule to fit their screw up. They tried to explain to me that I had to see the same dentist because that dentist was the one who was supposed to be doing all my work because she's the one that looked at my teeth and came up with the plan to work on them, which is why I had to be scheduled out so far (it took 2 months to get a follow up appointment from the initial

My daughter is in terrible pain because her wisdom teeth came in. They are only open one day a week, so we had to wait several weeks for her to get in to be seen. Once we were seen, we were told that she needed to see a surgeon and that they submitted a referral and the surgeons office would call us. They never called. I’ve been trying to talk to Midland Dentistry about the referral and I’m getting nowhere. It’s now been two months and we still don’t have an appointment and my daughter is still in pain. During our initial exam, the dentist said my daughter had a cavity but they couldn’t get her in for a filling for 1-1/2 months. Midland family dentistry is amazing! I have been a patient here for over five years. They truly provide great customer service and make everyone feel comfortable! Judy is the best assistant and always has a smile on her face, Dr. Dole is a wonderful dentist and provides great patient care. Thank you to Julia the office manager, she has been at the practice as long as I have been and she is truly a joy! I am so happy with the office and their care!

I wouldn't recommend. Never return calls. Waiting time was doubled. Never expect a 30 min visit you'll be there over an hour. Multiple times canceled my appointments day of due to no staff or overbooked. One time I showed up to my visit and NO ONE was there they were "closed" and I even got a text reminder for that appointment that morning. After while I get a root canal done and start having problems. 8 months go by and found out from a specialist that the root canal was done wrong and the infection I had for that 8 months started eating the bone in my face. So much more not explained here. I get everyone has different experiences but I never had serive like this else where.
