Midland Family Dental Care

I have been a patient at Midland Family Dental for the past thirty or so years and my experience has always been positive. Customer service is very professional, helpful and friendly. Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable for your visits. Hence the reason why this establishment is one of the best in our town.

This was my first time visiting this location for a cleaning. I normally don't like the dentist office because my teeth are so sensitive and it always hurts even though I have good teeth. However coming here was definitely worth it. The overall staff and doctor is so nice, caring and patient. The person who did my cleaning (sorry don't remember her name) was super nice she listened to my concerns and reassured me everything was going to be fine. She spoke to me through my whole cleaning process and was making sure I was OK. Thank you to the whole staff you all are amazing.

His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine personality made me feel welcome, which sets him apart. During my recent visit, my hygienist, Rebecca, was absolutely wonderful; gentle, thorough, and very knowledgeable. She made the cleaning process easy and comfortable, and I left with my teeth feeling great. The office is welcoming, spotless, and the entire staff was very professional. Dr. Puccio has built a practice where patients are treated like family. I highly recommend Dr. Puccio and the whole Midland Family Dental team to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
