This is the worst place to go. The dr is wonderful.. the staff there is what's horrible. And you make an appointment and you're there waiting forever and they're taking walk ins before the people who have appointments. What's the point of appointments!? You call the number for the nurse and they never answer! You leave a message for a call back and never get a call back!! And when you need forms filled out.. there's no staff all of a sudden. I dont know how they're still operating! Yes I do understand what this clinic is for.. im just saying they need to train their staff better! Im really glad I found my mom a new doctor's office.

The experience I had in this Clinic was not bad at all! The ladies in the front were very nice! There are different sections you sign in at! Right when you enter on the Left side is for Dentist and the front is for Kids and Adults! They have a back room for babies so you will be sent back for the wait and not stay in the front! There was not a lot of patients waiting in lobby like there use to be! Dr. Marquez was nice but she can improve the way she attends her clients that goes for the nurses as well! The Dentist was very very professional and polite (would recommend him to anyone). His assistants are really nice too! The only reason I took off 1 star 🌟 is because of the waiting time. My appointment was at 1:45 and I was out of there by 3:07 other than that it's a clinic I would go bac

The regular doctor visits are normal every time, but getting blood work done here makes you wait for over an hour or more. Depending on which nurse you ask. They don't even tell you where to sit for it. The when I try to ask for the bathroom, they interrupt you and just turn you away. The service here seems to take longer and their rudeness on top of it.

The wait times are low-key what makes this place 80% of a miss and 20% of a hit. The past reviews about front desk staff are the same too, some are nice but generally are pretty irritable. And with the standard officer posted up in the front who generally looks annoyed, they all do, I'd be too. Either way, wait times are weird and the appointment system is pretty much flawed.

Horrible!! My mother went into this clinic complaining of lower back pain and a change in her urine color. Nurse Jose Saucedo completely disregarded her symptoms and didn’t even bother to run any lab tests. Later, my mother had to go to the ER, where they discovered she had kidney stones causing her pain. This could have easily been diagnosed by Nurse Saucedo. Common sense tells you that if someone has lower back pain and a change in urine color, it’s likely related to kidney issues. Go somewhere else, definitely not here.
