Middletown Pharmacy is the absolute BEST. The entire staff is not only friendly and professional, they really "go the extra mile": sending me telephone alerts when a regular prescription is running low, going out of their way to promptly order anything that I need if their stock is low, communicating effectively with my doctors if there are any questions, and so much more. I used to get my prescriptions from a chain pharmacy, and it was one hassle after another. Since I switched to Middletown Pharmacy about five years ago, I have never had a problem with any of my prescriptions, ever. Middletown Pharmacy provides the kind of personal attention one used to get in small-town pharmacies where the druggists knew everyone, years ago...I feel like I'm stepping back in time! I visited Middletown Pharmacy today and there was a serious incident with one of the staff members. After I made a comment the employee could not accept, she became aggressive and threatened me over the counter. Another employee intervened to calm the situation. She called me a racist, though we are of the same ethnic background. Earlier that day, the manager informed me over the phone that what had been done for the past six months was considered improper dispensing and could no longer continue. Later, I was told it was resolved and I could pick up my medication. My belief is that part of the tension may have been related to the staff having to return medications to the shelf. Very friendly and attentive staff. It feels like the staff pay more attention to customers than when you go to a chain pharmacy. They all have knowledge/expertise to address any concerns or questions.

I have been dealing with Middletown pharmacy for over 15 years,and they are too notch!!.Sarah and the gang ,Gary and all are great.they treat ya like family and always work with ya..I'm definitely sticking with them
