Middletown Medical Urgent Care

Great experience at Middletown Medical Urgent Care. The visit was efficient, well organized, and the team made the process smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Ms. Ana Sanchez and NP Emilie, both were incredibly helpful and professional. They were efficient while still taking the time to address my concerns and explain things clearly. My only suggestion would be that it would be helpful if registration for NP could be completed online in advance to make check-in even quicker.

Had to go out of network to find out I was walking around with a UTI for possibly a year or more . Needless to say I’ll Be happy to make my first payment , Im Just glad they Didn’t wreck me permanently at the OR at Both Major Hospitals in Newburgh and In Middletown. . Instead of some 20 plus year old Alleged Dr I was treated humanly and with real concern and consideration where all I got is neglect every where else I went . These people are true professionals and the ONLY place I will Ever Go gor Urgent Carw Anywhere in the Hudson Valley . I’ll finish with Being adversed to seeking Medical Help is an understatement . In fact I have an intense phobia of all Of it and when Jackie, the vein specialist was so Nice and so smooth I swear I didn’t know I was even done until she in or med me tgat

I went to Urgent Care at Middletown medical on January 17th because I had horrible cramping pain on my right side and flu like symptoms. The medical assistant was great and the nurse that took my blood. Nurse Erin Tondini came in the examing room with an attitude. Told me to eat smoothies and she told me that a catscan isn't a good idea because it's like having 50 xrays at once. So she had me have an xray of my lungs. I have Lupus, May thurner syndrome, lymphadema, deep vein insufficiency and the list goes on. I weigh 140 lbs. She wrote on my visit summary report that I have a history of obesity. My Rheumatologist is out of Middletown medical and she is great. I have been going here for 20 yrs. People like she is the reason people get depressed. Shame on her and her attitude.

These folks are caring. Had the pleasure of being treated by Johnathan Freet and Jackie and the rest of the staff. They gave my son a nebulizer treatment and rapid strep and covid testing and reassured my son who was extremely anxious and feeling like he couldn’t breathe feel better. Besides a little confusion regarding insurance with the front desk it was a great experience and I will definitely come back. Thank you for your compassion Mr. Freet and Jackie☺️ First time here and ample parking and open late on Sundays. Beats going to the ER.

I so love all my physicians and staff at Middletown Medical. I have been a patient for 20 years. Through the years I have moved away from there but still return regularly for my appointments. From my experience, everyone has been pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Excellent and knowledgeable physicians especially my Dr. Gapay. Never had to wait months for an appointment or sit waiting for hours. Anything that needs to be done from x-rays, bloodwork, MRi's, etc. are in one place or nearby.
