I had such an amazing visit today! Not a huge fan of the dentist as I do have some sensitivity but this appointment went great. Kara was amazing, gentle, calming and explained everything to me. She helped me understand what I need to do for the sensitivity as well as my clenching and grinding. Dr Arrighi came in for my exam and reiterated what Kara had told me and gave me the cavity free A OK! Everyone was sweet from the time I walked in until the time I left. What a great office!! Referring all my family and friends to this office!!

I just had the most wonderful dental cleaning experience, thanks to Kara—the best hygienist I’ve ever had. From the moment I sat down, she greeted me with a friendly, upbeat attitude that instantly put me at ease. Her technique was gentle yet thorough, and she took the time to make sure everything was done with care and precision. Kara’s professionalism is matched only by her kindness. She made the whole visit feel more like catching up with a friend than a routine appointment. If you’re looking for someone who truly loves what she does and treats every patient like a VIP, just ask for Kara. She’s a gem!

My first visit with Middletown Family Dentistry was a very pleasant one. I had a crown recemented. Dr. Arrighi was informing me step by step as to what he was doing, and assuring that I was ok. The staff is very friendly, and pleasant, which makes a BIG difference. I would definitely recommend this office without any hesitation. I already love my new Family Dentistry. Thank you guys for making my first visit a Great one!! ;-)

Everyone there was extremely nice. The office was very clean and modern. My hygienist was sweet and very thorough. My only negative for my experience would be that with this being my first appointment and trying to schedule a cleaning. My first available appt for the cleaning is 6/7 months out. My husband was seen as a new client about 3 weeks before me and he was able to schedule an appt for his cleaning a month or 2 out from his. I just don’t understand how it’s out that far and why such the difference between my husbands and mine.

We had such a great experience at this dentist office! The entire staff is friendly, professional, and really makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The care I received was top-notch, and everything was explained clearly. A special shout-out to Sue at checkout—she’s absolutely wonderful! She’s friendly, efficient, and always makes the checkout process quick and easy. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care and great service!
