Middletown Family Dentistry

Just a fyi. Just called to make an appointment since I lost insurance back in May to no fault of my own. I just got new insurance and called to make an appointment , was told no routine appointment available till OCTOBER. My first response was wait October?. Was told yes. Was a patient at this office for 30 yrs. Wow, so much for Dr' s/ offices recognizing long term patients/ customers and putting them first. Now have to jump through hoops and fill out paperwork to get X-rays sent to new dentist office.

I have been going to this dentist for years even before they relocated to the present location. Never had a problem, always made sure no issue with pain, addressed problems as soon as possible and advised any future work that may be needed. For routine dental understandable may be wait period for appointment, however not the only medical profession that is experiencing that especially if have many patients. No issue with any of the receptionists or assistants, always pleasant with me, and haven't heard any negativity from rest of family members that go there. Have worked with me with payments as needed but personal situations do vary with finances and insurance. Will still be my go to as always a positive experience.
