Scheduled a 430pm appointment in person two weeks prior. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that she has been trying to reach me- I told her I received no phone calls.... and then I see how my number is written. Completely illegible. She then tells me there is no hygienist in the office at this time to see me. So you scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out and didn't look to see if you had the staff to treat patients? There are other dental care specialists in the area. Use those.
This office is closed with no warning to some patients! I found out by going there today 8/6/2025.
The staff is amazing and very nice. They do great work. TY
