Middlesex Health Primary Care - Durham

I am a long time patient/client of Dr. Hatiboglu. She is wonderful and I'm grateful to have her as my doctor. When I've been unable to see her, the other doctors and PA Rena Jacob's have been terrific. All are very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. I trust them. The front office staff and the nurses listen and care. Nurses Colleen, Lisa, Tracy and Jennifer are truly phenomenal. Sara, Samantha and Lisa up front in reception are there to help and their service to me does not go unnoticed. Thank you All. I think you are a Blessing to Durham. Nancy

Been going there for over 20 years Unfortunately, Middlesex Health has ruined the personal feeling of having your own Doctor or primary care giver by using the various MH practices as booking sites. Your primary care provided is just a first come first serve walk in and has no time for their actual patients. The people there are great .

Always feel heard and cared about during my appointments. I have seen Dr Reichbind and Rena and have always been happy when leaving. Don’t ever have a problem with booking and they were great about getting me in quickly when I had a concern. My husband sees Dr Roy and likes him also.

I had a very good first appt with Dr Van Siclen. She met me the first time to do a medical history. The second time was for a physical exam. She was very thorough and made referrals for 2 problems no inter doctor felt was necessary. I liked her and was happy my experience was so poditive

Dr. Roy is good, but the office staff is terrible. After my appointment I asked a simple question which resulted in mass confusion and a 20 minute wait for me. One lady was running around trying to help me while the others played on their phones and were clearly having non-work related conversations. They're also not privacy conscious at all. The only reason I've stayed with them is because of Dr. Roy and the convenient location.
