Durham Veterinary Hospital

Shiloh highly recommends Durham Veterinary Hospital. She had already been established elsewhere when we rescued her, but we weren’t happy there so we switched and came to Durham (where all of our other animals have gone) and haven’t regretted for a second. When the staff recognizes her walking in the door before we even check in and make her feel welcomed and loved it makes her happy. When she’s happy, I’m happy! We’ve never had a dog this calm at the vet, it’s a pleasure bringing her!

Great people and good prices. Easy to get an appt as needed. Everyone is very kind and good with my pup! Took her for an allergy shot, we were in and out in a flash!

I cannot say enough great things about this practice. I adore the front office staff. All of the techs are knowledgeable and professional. The Doctors are incredible. I specifically want to give a shout out to Crystal at the front desk who has consistently been wonderful to work with. Even when I felt like I was calling almost daily as we were having a very difficult time working with pharmacies...etc, she never got annoyed with me. (Well she at least did not show it lol.) She and the rest of the staff were so kind to us when we recently had to put our dog to sleep. Showing sincere interest and care in how our family was coping. Always a great experience here. The staff is so professional and great with my 2 dogs - with one being very nervous to be at the vet. They answer all questions and take the time to explain all vaccines and/or tests that they would like to run.

I can’t say enough good things about Durham Vet! Dr. Kumar and Dr. Berkowski are so kind, knowledgeable, and truly care about every animal like they’re their own. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming - you feel it as soon as you walk in. The hospital is also the cleanest vet clinic I’ve ever seen. It’s spotless and clearly very well taken care of, which just shows how much pride they take in everything they do. They’ll be doing my dog’s spay soon, and I have complete trust that she’ll be in the best hands. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - they’ve earned my full confidence and lifelong loyalty!
