Middleport Dental

After several bad experiences with previous dentists, finding a highly competent and caring practice was my top priority when I moved to the area ten years ago. We initially tried a different office in Niagara Falls but weren't satisfied. Thankfully, we found Dr. Parlato, and we couldn't be happier. Dr. Parlato is an incredibly skilled and capable dentist who is also genuinely friendly and compassionate. His wife, who manages the front desk, is equally lovely and helpful. My entire family is grateful for the care we receive from Dr. Parlato and his wonderful staff. We hope he never retires!

We made an appointment 4 months ago nd it was today we called the lady nd she said she took us off the chart! My mom skipped getting major surgery going to Cleveland clinic for us to go to out appointment just for the lady to take us off . Then she hung up nd now calls are saying unavailable yall shouldn’t have yall job if uu don’t know how to do it . 0 stars horrible experience so far !

Went in for my first cleaning with them. The next day one of my fillings fell out. Went back in for them to fix it. They filled it and I felt like something wasn't right, they didn't clean or polish the tooth or anything just filled it. I didn't go back to them after that. 2 years later I had to have that tooth pulled because it was rotting underneath the filling. Don't recommend this place.

I was a patient for many years. Very time efficient and accepts most insurance. They will rarely turn anyone away. My only complaint is that there is limited dental services that can be done on site. However, if you need something that can’t be done on site, the doctor will provide you with resources/referrals.

Dr. Parlato is very nice and listens to what you need. Very patient and kind. The receptionist is his wife and she is absolutely a delight !
