After being misdiagnosed in the ER, Melissa figured out what was really going on with my health and made the appropriate calls to get me seen immediately for a CT scan and follow-up with a surgeon. She has always been accurate with diagnosis and medications. She has served me well for many years.

Three years after I have found a new doctor I have been diagnosed with many issues that this pa over looked.....and I had to suffer.....thank God I found someone new....

Imagine you had a test and this PA told you, “It’s fine, we can check it in a year.” Then you get the actual report and it says your modules are SLIGHTLY SUSPICIOUS. And MODERATELY SUSPICIOUS and the American Thyroid Association says all suspicious nodules should be checked. She didn’t even tell the patient this!!!! Add to that how this woman - who is just a PA *not* an MD- treats patients like hypochondriacs, blows them off & makes one feel like a pain in the neck for wanting to feel right. Find a medical professional that actually cares, listens AND provides you with all information.

Miserable lady that Does not care about her patients and constantly complains about her job and staff in the office which I don’t care to hear when I’m at the dr. Don’t use gloves when should and does not clean her prep areas and uses dirty outdated equipment. Does not follow up with her patients to see how they’re doing. Only concerned about sending you off to lab for dozens of tests and blood work to charge your Insurence.
