10/10 service staff is very attentive and helpful! A lot of these reviews are the same people who I’ve seen walking in a hurry or last minute to there appointments or are just very impatient and inconsiderate and then burst out on the staff.

The staff are ordinary, and the nurse I had was extremely arrogant and reluctant. I go there and ask them to do certain things for the children, and they (nurses and doctors) do whatever they want, all to squeeze more money out of the system. I'm never coming back to this clinic.

Staff has been very negligent and shown incompetence in communicating with me over email or phone regarding patient needs. I have been emailing them since last December and took a month to get an email back. The document is password protected and no additional information text or email was sent with password information. When I try calling staff picks up and hangs up the phone. Very unprofessional and blatantly rude.

Dirty facility, nasty floors and walls, cockroaches in the light fixtures, hour long wait, ended up referring us elsewhere because they couldn't freeze off a wart. Worst doctor's office ever. Absolute health hazard!!! That's a pic of a cockroach in the medical room waiting for doc. Gross
