My appointment was October 4 on a Saturday at 12:30pm, for a consultation with Dr. Rishi and he was not there, another doctor said he had an emergency appointment so that sucked. During the consultation another doctor was explaining the procedure but I’m still lost I asked for information and that information was like a flyer. I asked what is the name of the medication they will insert into me a second doctor came in and told me but I didn’t have anything to write with so I asked for info on it and I didn’t receive it. I also was told the procedure takes 20 min, and they can do it before my birthday 10/16. Later I met up with the scheduler and that’s when I found out that the procedure takes two hours because of prepping and other things then he stated that I cannot have my appointment bef

I must say I was a bit anxious about my visit. However Dr. Sood and his amazing staff took such great care of me. My procedure was explained in depth and easily understood. Lots of reassurance

The medical staff was good.The admin staff is something to be desired.I think they need more training. they forgot yo tell me that my procedure needed to be rescheduled because of an emergency.They also forgot to send my doctors note.I feel like for a highly skilled doctor like Dr.Sood,it comes off f as I’m professional

I felt at ease while speaking with this doctor. He listened then he responded and took away my fear of having the procedure performed. The office was clean, the office assistant was polite and friendly as well as the doctor's assistant. Looking forward to my procedure so I won't be in pain anymore for a while.
