Dr. Muccini and his staff are second to none. Dr literally saved my life by identifying a melanoma on my calf that I did not even know existed. Additionally, he took an active role in scheduling me for a very urgent surgery with a surgeon on the St. Luke’s campus. Dr. and his staff are extremely patient–focused and Dr takes the time to not only explain the importance of sunscreen, but aids the process by suggesting specific brands of product and clothing that should be worn in the sun. I noticed that some reviews talk about extended wait periods but what those folks might want to consider is that someone like myself is finding out that they have melanoma that could spread very quickly and that Dr is on the phone scheduling surgery, etc. I’ve had to wait in his waiting room as well and now

Terrible Experience and Disregard for Patient Time ​I am extremely disappointed with my recent appointment. I arrived on time and was taken back to an exam room, which I thought meant the doctor would be right in. ​However, I was left waiting in total, between the lobby and the exam room, for an astonishing 1.5 hours without ever seeing the doctor or receiving any care. ​My time is valuable, and I had a fixed commitment to catch a flight. I did not schedule a two-hour block for a dermatology appointment and ultimately had to leave without being seen. ​To sit in an empty exam room for that amount of time with no communication or update from the staff regarding the severe delay is unacceptable. I left feeling completely disregarded and still need to find another dermatologist. I cannot re

Total disregard of my time over and over. My wife and I both have had long waits, today 1 hour 20 minutes for me. Don’t overbook your schedule and his wouldn’t happen. I will find a new dermatologist

I got to my appointment early and waited and waited and waited. I was misled by the staff and finally Dr. Muccini told me to leave if I didn't want to keep waiting 45 minutes of after the appointment . He was exceedingly rude. no one on the staff ever apologized for the delay.

Dr Joe is fantastic! He is very caring and takes his time and really listens to your concerns. Nick the office manager is Dr Joe’s brother and he is awesome as well. Nick just went over all my insurance information personally. The office staff is very friendly including Juan !
