I give Dr. Zeno a full 5 star rating but his staff gets 3 stars. The doc is very good at what he does. I’m so thankful for the services he has provided. He’s got a good sense of humor & he tackles problems effectively. Dr. Zeno gets to the root cause & addresses it. It’s a privilege to see him, honestly. Sadly, the office staff is the weakest link. Their communication/follow up leaves a lot to be desired. They seem to drop the ball often when it comes to insurance-related issues. Maybe they need a better system of tracking inquiries?
Dr. Zeno is the ,best most thorough foot Doctor I've ever had the privilege of being seen by. I very highly recommend Dr.Zeno.
