Dr Sebrow is very good, however his staff books appointments in advance that conflicts with his religious observances. Expect a phone call with 48 hours of your appointment to have it moved or rescheduled to another day. Out of 3 six month visits, with my 91 year old mother, this has occurred twice.

Expect to be waiting upwards of 3 hours before being seen for your appointment. Staff will laugh in your face when you ask how long the wait will be. Seems pointless to even make an appointment

This was first time visiting this office and found that everyone working there to be friendly and professional. Dr. Koreen was very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience today. I was seen for sudden consistent floaters and flashes. I was extremely worried about a torn retina or detachment. The staff got me in to be seen right away. My experience from my phone call, to the staff and doctor, was very pleasant and I felt at ease especially after meeting Dr. Sebrow. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand as he examined me and explained my condition. I was very relieved and was happy to have found this office and will continue my care with them. They were excellent!

Dr. Sebrow , the techs, and staff are all outstanding in my opinion. My questions are always answered and explained so that I understand I never feel rushed through my appointment. I would recommend this medical group.
